The Reedy Point Players, LTD. are a non-profit 501(c)(3) certified community theatre group located in Delaware City, DE. Founded in 2001, the Reedy Point Players started out on a makeshift stage in Delaware City’s (former) Port of History Center with the production of Spoon River Anthology. A few years later, they found their home at the Delaware City Community Center and since then have become a cherished and beloved organization to the Delaware City community. The Reedy Point Players are an ambitious and driven group that provides joy and an educational experience to all their volunteers. The company has also collected theatrical awards on State and Regional levels. They collected four awards from the Delaware BroadwayWorld.com Awards from their critically acclaimed and award winning production of, THE OUTSIDERS. They earned further recognition winning First Place at the Delaware Theatre Association Festival in 2015 for their one act, FIND ME. They continue to deliver captivating performances, performing original and published works throughout each season.
