AUDITIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING PARTS:
THE GOLEM (Any age. Male.) (Pronounced goh-lem.) A monster of Jewish folklore. Not to be confused with Gollum of The Lord of the Ring. A large, tall, muscular, scary hulk of a male humanoid brought to life by magic. Think, an Incredible Hulk made of reddish clay. In legend, a golem is a Protector of the Jewish people, but inevitably a monster. The character is mute. So, no lines! But must show attitude, reaction, and ability to portray scary menace. Costume and make-up will be necessary and is TBD. Actor must have no visible tattoos. Make-up on forehead: Hebrew letters that spell EMET, “TRUTH.”
