Any active member according to the bylaws (last modified August 2024) may run for office, and/or vote for board candidates during the annual meeting of the members. Elections are to be held between Feb 1 and Apr 1 of each calendar year, and a notification is to be sent to active members not less than 10 days prior to the annual meeting where elections are to be held.
